Event Information for Visitors Coming from Latvia
We’re excited to welcome a historically large delegation from Latvia to Nordic Business Forum 2025! So far, over 200 leaders from Latvia have confirmed their attendance—making it one of the largest international delegations. Welcome aboard!

Traveling Between Riga and Helsinki
Already more than 200 Latvians have registered for Nordic Business Forum 2025—and spots on direct flights from Riga to Helsinki are limited.
These routes are often operated by small aircraft like the ATR 72 (around 70 seats), so the most convenient flights may sell out soon. Booking early helps you secure your preferred schedule, and if demand is high enough, it could also lead to larger aircraft being assigned to the route.
If you’re flying from Riga, we strongly encourage you to book your travel as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!
Accommodation at Marski by Scandic
Our hotel recommendation for Latvian guests is Marski by Scandic. The hotel is close to some extra activities and services:

- The Official NBF Afterparty, 24 September, 22:00 ->, Marski by Scandic: Continue connecting with other event guests over drinks and music after the first event day.
