Hello and welcome to Nordic Business Forum!
Nordic Business Forum is one of the leading business conferences in Europe. Our annual main event is held in Finland and attracts over 7500 CEOs, top executives, and entrepreneurs. It has grown to extraordinary proportions since its inception — our aim is to become the most significant conference series worldwide.
These are our terms and conditions that are valid for all purchases made before 7 September 2021. We have updated a paragraph about health requirements at the end of section 7.6. on 20 December 2021 due to unforeseen essential changes in circumstances. If the ticket(s) you wish to purchase is sold out, you will be added to the waiting list for this ticket category. We will notify you if any tickets in that category become available, invoice you according to your order, and send you the tickets. The price of the ticket will be the same that it was at the time you joined the waiting list. If you no longer want to be on the waiting list, please contact us at info@nbforum.com.

Nordic Business Forum live stream passes can not be canceled.
Our live stream passes give you access to all our online content for a particular year. For example, our 2020 pass gives you access to our high-quality, live broadcasts from all Nordic Business Forum events in 2020 and webinars, plus access to our library with selected keynotes from the past and monthly webinars. Nordic Business Forum reserves the right to make changes to the online content.
Private live stream passes are single-user passes for private viewings (one person only). With a business pass, a group of any size is allowed to watch the live stream. Both licenses allow only one device to log on the live stream at a time. Click here for more information.
With the business pass, you can organize a live stream viewing to a larger audience. However, in all event marketing, the purchaser of the Business Live Stream Pass needs to explicitly state that the event is an “independently organized live stream event“. In addition, the marketing of the live stream event cannot start before the live stream pass has been purchased. Click here for more information on the marketing of the live stream event.
Any breach of these terms will cause immediate disqualification of the purchaser’s license without any refunds.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please check your junk e-mail folder. If you still cannot find the order confirmation, please contact us at info@nbforum.com.

If this happens, Nordic Business Forum will notify the participants of the new details of the event, which will be organized within six months of the original event.
