Event Information for Visitors Coming from Estonia
We’re excited to welcome yet again a large delegation from Estonia to Nordic Business Forum 2026! So far, over 1,400 business executives from Estonia have confirmed their attendance—making it the largest international delegation.

On this page, we have gathered the most relevant information for our Estonian guests. You can already find accommodation information and a list of Estonian companies attending NBF 2026. Closer to the event, we will update the details regarding the travel package provided by Tallink.
Traveling to and from Nordic Business Forum 2026
We are working with Tallink to provide our guests with a travel package Tallinn-Helsinki-Tallinn. We will provide more information on this page as soon as we have it.
To get from Helsinki Harbor to the event venue (Messukeskus) and vice versa, we will provide free shuttle bus service. The bus schedule will be communicated closer to the event.
A few things that you should take into consideration:
- We have our customer service team guiding you to the right place. You will recognize them from the orange accessories.
- We highly recommend all VIP guests to be on the earlier bus on the first day, so that you will make it in time for the start of the VIP program.
- The buses go directly to the event venue. This means that there will be no stops at the hotels as they will not be ready for check-in on the time of your arrival.
- The cloakrooms at the venue will keep your luggage safe, so no need to worry about that!
Accommodation
We recommend booking your accommodation well in advance. The event venue is easily accessible by public transportation from all areas of Helsinki.
Our Event Partner Scandic offers a 15% discount to NBF 2026 guests on the Full Flex prices, including breakfast, change, and cancellation free of charge (following each hotel’s policy). Group bookings of more than 10 rooms are priced on a case-by-case basis.
All Scandic hotels in Helsinki (except Hilton Kalastajatorppa) are Nordic Swan Ecolabelled, which is another great reason to stay in Scandic hotels!
They have multiple hotels in the city center of Helsinki and surrounding areas, with many options to commute to the event venue. The team at Scandic recommends especially Scandic Helsinki Hub, Marski by Scandic, and Scandic Grand Central.
Scandic Hotels
- Reservations for Scandic hotels in Finland are done with the client number D000049496 at Scandic’s website.
- Enter the client number in the “Code / Voucher” field.
- You can book directly from the hotel in question or from Scandic’s reservation and customer service at +358 200 81800
IHG Hotels and Resorts
- Reservations are made with the corporate ID number 787074950 at IHG website.
- Our customers get a 15% discount for individual bookers (less than 10 rooms) in these hotels.
- The ID number is entered in the “Corporate Special Rate” field under the “Rate Preference” drop-down menu.
Hilton Hotels
- Reservations are made with the corporate ID number D113379134 at Hilton’s website.
- Our customers get a 15% discount for individual bookers (less than 10 rooms) at these hotels.
- The ID number is entered in the “Corporate Account” field under the “Special rates” drop-down menu.
Tallinn Pre-Check-In
To enter the event, each attendee will need to show their Event Badge upon arrival at the venue. You can get your badge at the venue on the day of the event, but if possible, we recommend you claim your badge from the pre-check-in in Tallin:
18 September at 9:00 – 17:30, Nordic Hotel Forum, Tallinn
If you can’t make it to the pre-check-in, you can collect your Event Badge from the check-in at Messukeskus when you arrive to the event.
Whenever you claim your Event Badge, remember to take your ticket and an ID.
