Travelling to and from Nordic Business Forum 2026
Our special travel package with Tallink is sold out.
You can still board the same ferry with a general ticket and benefit from the bus transfer to the event venue.
Departures:
- Tallinn – Helsinki – 16 September at 07:30
- Helsinki – Tallinn – 17 September at 19:30

The Tallink travel package includes a ferry ride and a meal on the ferry. There’s no need to add separate meals when booking, as they are automatically included with the booking code provided below. The entire buffet area will be reserved for Nordic Business Forum guests, which gives you an excellent opportunity to network with other attendees while enjoying your meal.

- One-way, Tallinn – Helsinki – 16 September at 07:30: €51.5 + fuel and emission surcharge per passenger
- One-way, Helsinki – Tallinn – 17 September at 19:30, one-way price €64.5 + fuel and emission surcharge per passenger
- Round trip: €116 + fuel and emission surcharge per passenger
The seats in the buffet are limited to 430 in MyStar and 430 in Megastar, and the package is on sale while seats are still available.

Please note that the booking code does not give a discount when traveling in the Business Lounge.
To get from Helsinki Harbor to the event venue (Messukeskus) and vice versa, we will provide free shuttle bus service. The bus schedule will be communicated closer to the event.
A few things that you should take into consideration:
- We have our customer service team guiding you to the right place. You will recognize them from the orange accessories.
- We highly recommend all VIP guests to be on the earlier bus on the first day, so that you will make it in time for the start of the VIP program.
- The buses go directly to the event venue. This means that there will be no stops at the hotels as they will not be ready for check-in on the time of your arrival.
- The cloakrooms at the venue will keep your luggage safe, so no need to worry about that!
Accommodation
We recommend booking your accommodation well in advance. The event venue is easily accessible by public transportation from all areas of Helsinki.
Our Event Partner Scandic offers a 15% discount to NBF 2026 guests on the Full Flex prices, including breakfast, change, and cancellation free of charge (following each hotel’s policy). Group bookings of more than 10 rooms are priced on a case-by-case basis.
All Scandic hotels in Helsinki (except Hilton Kalastajatorppa) are Nordic Swan Ecolabelled, which is another great reason to stay in Scandic hotels!
They have multiple hotels in the city center of Helsinki and surrounding areas, with many options to commute to the event venue. The team at Scandic recommends especially Scandic Helsinki Hub, Marski by Scandic, and Scandic Grand Central.

Tallinn Pre-Check-In
To enter the event, each attendee will need to show their Event Badge upon arrival at the venue. You can get your badge at the venue on the day of the event, but if possible, we recommend you claim your badge from the pre-check-in in Tallinn:

If you can’t make it to the pre-check-in, you can collect your Event Badge from the check-in at Messukeskus when you arrive to the event.
