Agenda for Nordic Business Forum 2024 Livestream

The event agenda is the same for both in-person attendees and online participants. The only exception is that the VIP sessions will not be live-streamed. During lunches and networking breaks, online attendees will have the opportunity to watch live studio interviews. The interviews will be added to the agenda closer to the event.

Nordic Business Forum 2024 will take place on 25-26 September 2024 in Helsinki’s Expo & Convention Centre (Messukeskus).

Bozoma Saint John is a Hall of Fame inducted Marketing Executive, author, entrepreneur and general badass.

Boz got her start in her marketing career at Spike Lee’s ad agency, SpikeDDB. She then went on to manage brands in the PepsiCo beverages portfolio, before becoming Head of Music and Entertainment Marketing at the CPG giant. After that, she led Global Consumer Marketing at Apple Music & iTunes; before serving as Chief Brand Officer at Uber; she then took on the Chief Marketing Officer role for Endeavor (including WME, IMG, UFC, Miss Universe, 160over90, etc.). Mostly recently, she served as the Global Chief Marketing Officer at the entertainment behemoth, Netflix.

Boz’s work has been lauded and awarded by the industries she’s operated in, including induction into the American Marketing Association Hall of Fame (2022), following induction into the American Advertising Federation Hall of Achievement (2014). Boz is currently named as the #1 Most Influential CMO in the world by Forbes (2021). She’s also been inducted into Billboard’s Women in Music Hall of Fame after making their list of the “Most Powerful Women in Music” for 10 consecutive years (2013-2022) and crowned as the Executive of the Year (2016).

As an FBI hostage negotiator for 24 years, Chris Voss persuaded terrorists, bank robbers, and kidnappers. He acted as Lead FBI Negotiator to the US National Security Council Hostage Working Group & the G-8 – and developed & led a 90 person international negotiation response team. He also thought negotiation internally.

Since retiring from the FBI, Voss earned his Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard University, and has taught at a number of esteemed institutions, including the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, Georgetown University, Harvard University, Northwestern University, the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and the Goethe Business School in Frankfurt, Germany.

After FBI Voss also founded The Black Swan Group, which solves business communication problems with hostage negotiation strategies for its clients. In 2016 he published “Never Split the Difference”, which became an international bestseller.
