Maive Rute
Maive Rute is Deputy Director-General at the European Commission (DG GROW) and a Member of the Board of the European Investment Fund (EIF).
She has held several senior roles across the European Union in areas including industrial policy, research and innovation, and SME development. Her work focuses on how Europe strengthens its competitiveness through industrial strategy, investment, and resilient value chains — and how these translate into concrete implications for companies.
Stéphane Garelli
Stéphane Garelli is a leading voice on global competitiveness, former Managing Director of the World Economic Forum, and long-time advisor to governments and companies.
He is also Professor Emeritus of World Competitiveness at IMD Business School and at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.
