We are proud to announce that Laura Viilep has been appointed as our new Executive Producer starting from 1 November.
As Nordic Business Forum continues to improve and grow its events, Laura joining the team will support our ambition to be the leading business conference organizer in the world.
In her role, Laura will be responsible for leading the production of our events and ensuring that our event concepts are brought to life seamlessly from planning to execution. She will also serve as Executive Producer for Thinkers50 in London.
Laura brings two decades of experience producing events across 20 countries and four continents. Most recently, she served as Head of Global Events at Mindvalley, where she led the strategy and production of world-class gatherings featuring some of the most influential voices in personal growth and leadership. Eventex named her among its Top 100 Event Professionals in 2022 and 2025, and among its Top 50 globally and in Europe in 2025.
