Event Information for Visitors Coming from Lithuania
We’re excited to welcome a historically large delegation from Lithuania to Nordic Business Forum 2025! So far, well over 700 leaders from Lithuania have confirmed their attendance—making it the second largest international delegation, just after Estonia. Welcome aboard!

Traveling Between Vilnius and Helsinki
As there are limited direct flights from Vilnius to Helsinki and back—often operated by smaller aircraft such as the ATR 72 with just 68–72 seats—it’s important to book your travel as soon as possible to secure your preferred flight times. In fact, it looks like some direct flights operated by Finnair around the event dates are already fully booked.

Accommodation at Marski by Scandic

Invitation: Welcoming Reception at the Embassy of Lithuania in Helsinki
We are pleased to invite members of the Lithuanian delegation to an exclusive reception at the Embassy of Lithuania in Finland!
Held on the day before the main event, this intimate gathering offers a unique opportunity to connect with fellow leaders and Lithuanian professionals attending the event. It’s a great way to get into the NBF atmosphere and expand your network in a relaxed setting. The reception is co-organized by the Embassy of Lithuania to Finland, the Finland–Lithuania Business Association, and Nordic Business Forum.

The Embassy reception is limited to 60 participants. Registration will remain open until all seats are filled, but no later than 19 September 2025. Please note that due to limited capacity, all registrations will be reviewed, and we will send a confirmation of your attendance prior to the event.
