Francesca Gino is an award-winning researcher and bestselling author, whose work centers around why people make the decisions they do at work, and how leaders and employees can lead more productive, creative and fulfilling lives.

She has been honored as one of the world’s Top 40 Business Professors under 40, and one of the world’s 50 Most Influential Management Thinkers by Thinkers 50.

Francesca is the author of the books Sidetracked: Why Our Decisions Get Derailed, and How We Can Stick to the Plan and most recently Rebel Talent: Why it Pays to Break the Rules in Work and Life. Her books have been translated into over a dozen languages.
